About US National Parks
Ever since Yellowstone National Park was established in 1972, countries all over the world have since followed in America’s footsteps and established their own National Parks, but nowhere else has quite such a variety of landscapes than the good old US of A. Today, the States has 63 National Parks, ranging from the crags of Colarado's Rocky Mountains to the sprawling deserts and canyons of Utah's Zion and the glacier-carved valleys of Alaska's Gates of the Arctic. So, whether you are an expert hiker, keen climber, happy camper or merely seek to view some of world's most impressive landscapes, the American wilderness is ripe to be explored
