      Comments about Popular Mechanics:

I have read this magazine since I was a child; long, long ago. I've also subscribed a number of times. After most of a lifetime of making things, fixing things, and tearing things apart, I'd have to say that a number of my ideas, and ultimately the techniques used to produce them, were either provided by, or at least fueled by, articles I read in Popular Mechanics. Would I be lost without the magazine? No! But I would not have become as accomplished at mechanical things if I'd not had it around, nor would I have had as much fun.

              Comments about Popular Mechanics:

I have subscribed to Popular Mechanics for over 45 years. It shows common sense articles, as well up to date, and things to look forward to in the future. Any "blue Color Male" (this means, guys that Still work with Their hands) should subscribe to this magazine. This is truly the only magazine that I read "cover to cover." And, including all the ads in the magazine. In the earlier editions, they had a lot of wood working articles that I still go back to read and make the project. Any young man from his mid teens on, should get this magazine. It is the ONLY magazine that I don't throw away.

                    Comments about Popular Mechanics:

Although I miss all the DIY articles that they used to have in the 1960's, the magazine still has a good mix of mechanics, DIY, science, and auto articles.
