The Auditing SA magazine is the official quarterly publication of SAIGA (The Southern African Institute of Government Auditors), and distributed to SAIGA members in all provinces, all Registered Government Auditors (RGAs), members of the Auditor-General South Africa (AGSA), as well as to stakeholders and the general public. As a professional body, SAIGA represents a unique brand of professionals, the Registered Government Auditor (RGA) in the public sector and in academia. The RGA is considered the highest professional designation within the public sector auditing (previously known as government auditing). Auditing SA carries through the SAIGA mandate of addressing topics connected to auditing, finances and accounting , moral behaviour, good governance, business, technology, health, and politics, as well as domestic and international challenges, and solutions, adding critical value to the reader. The social media following is ever-growing, including LinkedIn and Facebook. The profile of readers includes auditors, accountants, and others in the financial sector, leaders in the public and private sectors, CEO’s and CFO's at SOE’s, TVET Colleges, Universities and, of course, the general public.
