Cosmic Comfort: 50 Tender Affirmations and Grounding Meditations from the Universe: Meditation Cards

Cosmic Comfort offers permission from the universe to embrace your radiance, your weirdness, your most uncomfortable emotions, and your sacred connection to all beings on Earth. The calming meditations in this deck ask you to consider what nourishes you today--in this very moment.

Ask yourself:

What provides comfort?
What tender ache within you needs extra attention and care?
What new seeds of possibilities are you ready to grow?

Sit with the meditation in silent contemplation, journal about what the theme means to you today, or tuck the card in your pocket as a talisman and guide. Find solace in these cards and remember: You are the creator of the life you desire.
