      Comments about Extreme How-To:

I gave this subscription to my father who is a home improvement tv show addict, and he has been subscribing to Home Handyman for decades. I found this subscription opportunity for Extreme How To, and thought he might enjoy it. He told me that he found the magazine interesting, which is high praise from someone who has been educating himself for years in DIY projects.

                  Comments about Extreme How-To:

I bought this expecting interesting, and outside of the box content, but what I found were how-to's on DIY home projects that very few people will ever find useful. If it had interesting projects, I'd be all into it, even with only 4 articles in the whole magazine. Repairing a subfloor... adding boards to a basement wall for a "man cave". These are all hardly extreme.

                      Comments about Extreme How-To:

This is One big ad hidden as a magazine. The articles are written a male but sounds more like a teenage girl by the description on products. It reminds me more of magazines of dream houses, cabins, etc with all pictures but little words, this one has little pictures but a lot of words that describe how pretty things are not how most of the work is done!
