Welcome to Invest in BC 2014. This annual publication strives to give you informative information on the eight economic regions of British Columbia, as well as timely trends in our ever changing economy. As the official publication of the British Columbia Economic Development Association (BCEDA), I hope that you find this information of value to you, and take the time to consider what an investment in British Columbia could do for you, or your business. BCEDA is the leading professional association of economic development practitioners in the Province of BC. BCEDA currently has over 300 members from communities throughout the Province. BCEDA provides services that helps member communities grow and expand new and existing businesses, attract new business investments, and work towards strategic infrastructure investment, land use planning, and community enhancement. Our members make up a diverse group of professionals committed to helping build British Columbia and its communities.
